Hey guys,

I wanted to share another quick and healthy recipe with you. Marty & I are obsessed with my healthy cacao bliss balls. I make these all the time we easily though a batch of these in a week.

Bliss balls are a really great little treat. They are gluten free, diary free, paleo and are super delicious. The cacao gives them a nice chocolatey taste and the dates sweeten them up so they really do taste like a little treat. If you have kids I think you would get away with them thinking they aren't even healthy!

The recipe below that I use is super delicious but you can also add to the recipe if you want to introduce some other flavours.

Here is some additional ingredient ideas:
- dried fruit: apricot, cranberries, goji berries, cherries...  (60g)
- natural peanut butter (2tbs)
- hazelnuts (60g - instead of cashews)

You really can add anything to these balls that you think will make them even more delicious, they are pretty darn yummy on their own though!

Making bliss balls couldn't be easier! You literally only have to put all the ingredients into a food process and blend on high for 90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Then roll into balls & coat with coconut!

Depending on ball size this recipe should make around 16. They should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week (if they don't get eaten before that).

Who can say no to a 90 second, chocolatey treat that's actually healthy & 100% guilt free? On that note, I'm off to make another batch!!

Hope you enjoy my recipe, let me know in the comments below how you make your bliss balls!
